Power Chemical Corporation manufactures a full range of compounds for virtually all drawing and stamping operations. All of our compounds assure maximum tool life. We provide a wide variety of both water soluble and straight oils to be used with all types of metals. If we are not currently manufacturing a product which suits your needs, we will custom formulate one for you. Listed below are examples of some of our drawing and stamping compounds.
PD 1125 The latest in the Power Draw line, semi-synthetic, water-soluable, drawing and stamping lubricant.
PL 181 A pigmented, water-soluble compound for heavy, deep draws. It can be used on carbon, stainless steel, and alloys. This compound is currently being used to produce one of the deepest triple reverse draws in the world.
PD 803 A synthetic, soap-based compound, used extensively in industry.
PD 805 A synthetic, water-soluble compound used for extreme and heavy-duty draws. It can be used on carbon and stainless steels.
PD 806 A synthetic, water-soluble compound for medium to light-duty draws. It can be used on all alloys.
PD 850 A water-soluble drawing and forming oil. It provides excellent performance, tool life, and rust protection. This oil can be used on aluminum, carbon steel, and all alloys.
